摘    要:目的:探讨晚期食管癌患者化疗前后细胞免疫及调节T细胞(tregs)的变化及其临床价值。方法:采用流式细胞术检测健康志愿者及食管癌患者化疗前后外周血CD4+T、CD8+T细胞及调节T细胞的比例变化。结果:晚期食管癌患者化疗前外周血CD4+T细胞所占比例和CD4+T/CD8+T均较化疗后低,且二者均低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。晚期食管癌患者CD4+CD25+T细胞和Tregs细胞所占比例化疗后较化疗前有所降低,二者均明显高于健康对照组。结论:化疗能明显减轻晚期食管癌患者的肿瘤免疫耐受,改善免疫状况。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of cellular immune function and CD4 CD25 regulatory T cells (Tregs) in peripheral blood of patients with advanced esophageal cancer before and after chemotherapy and their clinical implications. Methods:The proportion of CD4 CD25 Tregs among CD4 T lymphocytes and the proportion of CD4 and CD8 T cells of PBMC in peripheral blood of 32 patients with advanced esophageal cancer was determined by flow cytometry before 1 day and 1 week after chemotherapy.Results:Compared with control group,the levels of CD4 T lymphocytes and CD4 /CD8 T lymphocytes decreased in patients with advanced esophageal cancer before and after chemotherapy,but the data after treatment was higher than before. The percentage of CD4 CD25 T cells and Tregs among CD4 T lymphocytes significantly changed after chemotherapy as compared with that before chemotherapy, the difference was significant between the patients and the healthy subjects.Conclusion: chemotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
