| 摘 要： | 通过阐述“痰瘀同源”的理论渊源,结合咳嗽的临证经验,认识到痰饮、瘀血为咳嗽的重要致病因素,痰瘀互结是咳嗽发病的重要病机。对于咳嗽辨治要以“痰瘀同源”理论为基础,重视痰瘀同病、互结、同治,从而提高中医药治疗咳嗽的疗效。

| Abstract: | By understanding the theory of homology of phlegm and blood stasis,and combining the clinical experience of cough,we have recognized that phlegm and blood stasis are important pathogenic factors of cough,and "phlegm and blood stasis" is important pathogenesis of cough. So the treatment of cough should focus on the theory of homology of phlegm and blood stasis,pay attention to the same disease,mutual association and the same treatment,so as to improve the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine on cough. |
