| 摘 要： | 文章总结王金贵教授运用推拿结合中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹的经验。王教授谨守病机，将湿疹的病位归纳属为脾，其性火，其因为湿与风，主张从脾论治以及解除兼证，内外兼治。其以内治用药之理，指导外治施术之法，通过采取核心特定穴结合中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹，疗效显著。

| Abstract: | This article summarized Professor WANG Jingui''s experience in treating infantile eczema. Professor WANG is obsessed with the pathogenesis,and the disease status of eczema is summarized as the spleen. Its sexual fire,because of the wet and the wind,advocates the treatment from the spleen and the release of the syndrome,both internal and external. It uses the principle of internal treatment to guide the external treatment and the treatment of infantile eczema by taking core specific points combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical effect is remarkable. |
