塔里木油田迪北区块致密砂岩气藏氮气钻井技术

摘    要:塔里木油田迪北区块气藏低孔低渗,属典型致密砂岩气藏,水锁损害严重,采用常规钻井加储层改造技术难以获得工业油气流,为此,油田在迪北区块开展了储层氮气钻井的前期研究与现场试验,形成了氮气钻井工艺、井控装备研制与配套、安全监测、控制系统四大技术系列。该技术在该区块致密砂岩气藏的成功应用,创造了中石油氮气钻井产量、井口压力等最高纪录,为塔里木油田致密砂岩油气藏规模性增储上产提供了重要的技术支持。

Abstract:A gas reservoir in Tarim Oilfield has low porosity and low permeability, which is a typical tight sandstone gas reservoir and is easily to be seriously damaged by water lock. Combining conventional drilling technology with reservoir stimulation is difficult to obtain industrial oil and gas flow. So preliminary study and field test of nitrogen reservoir drilling were carried out in Dibei Block. Four major technology series were developed, i.e. nitrogen drilling technology, development and matching of well control equipment, safety monitoring technology, and controlling system. The technology has been successfully applied to tight sandstone gas reservoir in the block and created the highest record of production with nitrogen drilling and wellhead pressure. It provides important technical support for increasing production and reserves of tight sandstone reservoirs in Tarim Oilfield, and it has vital significance for exploration and development of similar reservoirs domestically.
