摘    要:干细胞源性细胞外囊泡(SC-EVs)是由干细胞分泌的脂质囊泡,在组织再生医学中具有广泛的应用前景。目前已发现SC-EVs能够促进牙槽骨成骨再生,但成骨机制尚不明确。RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路是调节骨代谢的重要通路,因此该文就RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路在促进牙槽骨成骨的作用作一综述,为研究SC-EVs的成骨机制提供参考。

Abstract:Stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles (SC-EVs) are lipid vesicles secreted by stem cells, with prospects for being extensively applied in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. At present, it has been found that SC-EVs can promote the regeneration of the alveolar bone, but the mechanism of osteogenesis is still unclear. The RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling pathway is essential for regulating the bone metabolism. Therefore, this review summarizes the role of the RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling pathway in promoting osteogenesis of the alveolar bone, providing an insight for investigating the mechanism of osteogenesis mediated by SC-EVs.
