| 摘 要： | 中枢神经自身免疫病是自身免疫异常导致神经系统损害的疾病。这类疾病发病机制不明，临床表现多样，治疗手段单一，最终结局各异，目前诊治面临巨大挑战。随着大数据技术、基因、蛋白组学及影像学新技术的发展，对特定疾病寻找个体化生物标记，寻找治疗新靶点，最终实现精确诊断和个体化治疗逐渐成为可能。本文将结合课题组已开展的工作，探讨中枢神经自身免疫病的精确诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Autoimmune diseases of the central nervous system（CNS）are mediated by abnormal autoimmune responses in the CNS. The pathogenesis of these diseases is unknown，while the clinical manifestations are diverse and the lack of effective treatment methods made the diagnosis and treatment great challenges. Along with the development of big data technology，gene，proteomics as well as new imaging technologies，it has become possible to identify individual biomarkers for specific disease，explore new therapeutic targets，and finally achieve the precision diagnosis and individual treatment. The present article will discuss the precision diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases of the CNS by combining with the work in our research group. |
