| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国结直肠癌发病人数和死亡人数呈增长趋势，术后复发及转移是导致患者死亡的主要原因，肺是除肝以外结直肠癌转移最常见的好发部位。结直肠癌肺转移患者的治疗手段包括手术治疗、化疗、放疗、射频消融等多种方式。随着多学科诊疗的逐步发展和深入，结直肠癌肺转移患者的生存得到显著提高。

| Abstract: | In recent years，the number of cases of colorectal cancer and the number of deaths in China increased.Postoperative recurrence and metastasis are the main causes of death.The lung is the most common site for colorectal cancer metastasis except liver.The treatment strategies for patients with colorectal cancer and lung metastases include surgical treatment，chemotherapy，radiotherapy，and radiofrequency ablation.With the gradual development and deepening of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment，the survival of colorectal cancer lung metastasis has been significantly improved. |
