Specificity of natural antibodies reactive with Streptococcus mutans in monkeys. |

| Abstract: | Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were used to measure levels of natural antibody to defined antigens of Streptococcus mutans in sera from monkeys (Macaca fascicularis). The results suggest that most of the antibody in young monkeys that binds to whole bacteria is not specific to S. mutans. |
