目的 分析研究盐酸氨溴索预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的临床效果。方 法选择2012年4月~2013年4月我院收治的62例早产儿，随机分为观察组39例和对照组23例，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索，对照组仅给予常规治疗。观察两组氧分压变化，NRDS发生率，呼吸机机械通气率，氧疗时间，住院时间等情况。结果观察组新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗后观察组氧合改善时间、机械通气率、住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索能较好地防治早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征，改善肺氧合，缩短住院时间，值得在临床上应用。

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of ambroxol in premature children with respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS). Methods The clinical data of 62 premature children in our hospital during April 2012 and April 2013 were collected, and they were randomly divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (23 cases). The control group were treated with conventional treatment，the observation group were treated with ambroxol on the basis of conventional treatment, Observed the oxygen partial pressure, incidence of RDS, mechanical ventilation rate, duration of mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy time and length of stay of two groups. ResultsIn the observation group, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The oxygen therapy time ,mechanical ventilation rate and length of stay of observation group were shorter than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionAmbroxol in premature children NRDS has a good effect, simple, convenient, and is worthy of clinical application. |
