2017年内蒙古自治区食源性致病菌监测结果分析

摘    要:
目的 了解内蒙古自治区食源性致病菌的污染状况,提高食源性疾病预警和控制能力。方法 按照《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》要求,对市售的8类食品样本进行单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、沙门菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7和弯曲菌等9项食源性致病菌进行监测。结果 自2027份样品中共计检出阳性样品39份,检出率1.92%。其中,蜡样芽胞杆菌检出率最高,达3.64%,此后依次为弯曲菌(1.50%),致泻大肠埃希氏菌(1.20%)、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(0.62%)、沙门菌(0.43%)和金黄色葡萄球菌(0.37%),未检出大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7和副溶血性弧菌。结论 内蒙古自治区食品存在食源性致病菌污染,应有针对性地加强食品监督管理,以减少食源性疾病发生。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the pollution status of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and to improve the ability of early-warning and surveillance of food-borne diseases. Methods 8 kinds of food samples were collected and detected according to the National Manual for Risk Monitoring of Food Contamination and Hazardous Factors. 9 kinds of food-borne pathogens such as Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Escherichia coli O157: H7, and Campylobacter were monitored. Results A total of 39 positive samples were detected in 2027 samples, and the detection rate is 1.92%. The detection rate of Bacillus cereus was the highest (3.64%), followed by Campylobacter (1.50%), Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli (1.20%), Listeria monocytogenes (0.62%), Salmonella (0.43%) and Staphylococcus aureus (0.37%). There were no Escherichia coli O157: H7 and Vibrio parahaemolyticus detected. Conclusion Food-borne pathogenic bacteria contamination exists in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Supervision and management should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of food-borne diseases.
