摘 要: | ![]() 目的探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(hr-HPV)相关宫颈癌的发生发展的相关性。方法收集112例宫颈组织临床样本,包含16例正常宫颈组织,55例宫颈上皮内瘤变和41例宫颈鳞状细胞癌,运用免疫组织化学法检测宫颈组织切片中的CD163+巨噬细胞的表达水平,并对免疫组织化学法检测结果与临床数据进行统计学分析。结果免疫组化结果显示:CD163+巨噬细胞的细胞密度随着宫颈组织恶性变的程度增加而增多,且相关性分析示两者呈正相关(P=0.000)。同时,CD163+巨噬细胞的细胞密度在hr-HPV型宫颈癌中明显上调(P<0.05)。临床资料统计结果发现:CD163+巨噬细胞与宫颈癌的淋巴结转移和FIGO分期有显著相关性(P=0.005,P=0.004)。结论CD163+巨噬细胞的表达与宫颈组织恶性变的程度成正相关,hr-HPV感染与巨噬细胞中CD163的表达水平有显著相关性。CD163+巨噬细胞可作为hr-HPV感染所致宫颈癌发生发展的前瞻性预测因素。

Correlation between tumor-associated macrophages and high-risk human papillomavirusinfection in cervical cancer |

Abstract: | ![]() Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and the development ofhigh risk human papilloma virus (hr-HPV)-related cervical cancer. Methods A total of 112 cases of cervical tissue werecollected, including 16 normal cervical tissues, 55 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and 41 squamous cervicalcancer (SCC) tissues. The expression of CD163 + macrophages in the cervical tissues was detected by immunohistochemicalmethod, and the results were analyzed in relation with the clinical data of the patients. Results Immunohistochemical analysisshowed that the cell density of CD163+ macrophages increased progressively with the increase in the tissue malignancy, in theorder of normal cervical tissue, CIN I, CIN II-III, and SCC. Correlation analysis revealed a positive relationship betweenCD163 + macrophage density and tissue malignancy (P=0.000). The density of CD163 + macrophages was significantlyupregulated in HR-HPV-positive SCC tissue (P<0.05). CD163 + macrophages were positively correlated with cervical lymphnode metastasis (P=0.005) and FIGO stage (P=0.004) of SCC. Conclusion The expression of CD163+ macrophages is positivelycorrelated with malignant transformation of cervical tissues, and hr-HPV infection is significantly correlated with CD163expression level in the macrophages. CD163 + macrophages can be used as predictors of the occurrence and progression ofcervical cancer caused by hr-HPV infection. |
