| 摘 要： | 对于左半结肠癌伴梗阻的患者，急诊手术行一期切除吻合失败的风险较大，既往多采用较为安全的分期手术策略，但分期手术存在心理、经济负担等弊端，随着医学进步以及新技术发展，为提高患者的生活质量，临床手术方式的选择逐渐由分期手术向一期手术转变，本文就临床治疗梗阻性左半结肠癌的相关策略研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Abstract:For patients with left colon cancer with obstruction,the risk of failure of first stage resection and anastomosis in emergency operation is greater,and more safe staging operation strategy is used in the past,but there is a psychological and economic burden on the stage operation.With the progress of medicine and the development of new technology,the quality of life and the way of clinical operation are improved.The choice gradually shifted from staged surgery to one-stage surgery.This article reviews the clinical strategies for the treatment of obstructive left colon cancer. |
