2015 - 2017年海口市游泳池水质卫生状况调查

摘    要:
目的 调查海口市2015 - 2017年游泳池水质卫生状况,对检测指标开展相关性分析。方法 2015 - 2017年对海口市游泳池水水质开展调查,共采集1 124份游泳池水,按照相关检验标准对样品中细菌总数等6项指标进行测试,按《游泳场所卫生标准》GB9667 - 1996 进行结果评价,采用SAS 9.2进行相关性分析。结果 调查完成1 124份游泳池水6项指标检测,总体合格率为62.7%。6项指标合格率排序:浑浊度>大肠菌群>pH值>细菌总数>游离性余氯>尿素。细菌总数与pH值(r = 0.0790,P<0.05)和尿素均呈正相关(r = 0.1620,P<0.05);游离性余氯与pH值(r = - 0.1701,P<0.05)、尿素(r = - 0.0936,P<0.05)、细菌总数(r = - 0.2274,P<0.05)均呈负相关,相关性具有统计学意义。尿素与游离性余氯的二阶交互效应参数估计值为0.3186,呈正相关,结果有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 调查期间,海口市游泳池水水质年度总体合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),略呈下降趋势。6项检测指标中游离性余氯和尿素合格率较低。相关性分析结果提示,调查样本中随着尿素的增加,细菌总数呈增加趋势,游离性余氯的增加能够降低尿素水平并抑制细菌总数。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Haikou city from 2015 to 2017, and analyze the correlations among test indexes statistically. Methods 1124 swimming pool water samples were determined and evaluated from 2015 to 2017. Correlation analysis was conducted by SAS 9.2. Results A total of 1124 swimming pool water samples were examined from 2015 to 2017. The qualified rate is 62.7%. The descending order of qualified rates about these test indexes was: haziness>coli group>pH value>the total bacterial count > free residual chlorine > urea. The total bacterial count positively correlated with the pH value (r=0.0790, P<0.05) and urea (r=0.1620, P<0.05). The free residual chlorine negatively correlated with pH value (r=-0.1701, P<0.05), urea (r=-0.0936, P<0.05) and the total bacterial count (r=-0.2274, P<0.05). Additionally, the qualified urea positively correlated with the qualified free residual chlorine, with estimate of parameter being 0.3186, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The variations of the qualified rates among three years were statistically significant (P<0.0001), and the qualified rates trended down over the period of the investigation. The qualified rates of the free residual chlorine and urea were low among six test indexes. The correlation analysis showed that with the increase of urea in the sample, the total number of bacteria increased, and that the increase of free residual chlorine could reduce the level of urea and inhibit the total number of bacteria.
