| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察心血通对轻、中度高血压病患者的降压效果和左室舒张功能的影响。方法 :观察患者用药前后的血压变化 ,并用彩色多普勒超声心动仪测定用药前后的左室舒张功能。结果 :用药后血压明显降低 ,左室舒张早期峰值速度增快 ,舒张晚期峰值速度减慢 ,等容舒张期缩短 ,舒张晚期最大充盈速度与舒张早期最大充盈速度比值明显降低。结论 :心血通能明显降低血压 ,改善左室舒张功能。

| Abstract: | AIM:To evaluate antihypertensive effect of xinxuetong and its effects on left ventricular diastdic function in mild or moderate essential hypertension. METHODS:Before and after IV infusion of xinxuetong,the sitting blood pressure was measured,and the left ventricular diastolic function was studied by pulsed Doppler echocardiography. RESULTS:The blood pressure,peak A,IRT,peak A/pea E in hypertension decreased obviously after the treatment with xinxuetong. CONCLUSION:Xinxuetong can significantly decrease the blood pressure and improve the diastolic function of left ventricule. |
