摘    要:目的 改进工作场所空气中芳香族硝基化合物的气相色谱测定方法。方法 硅胶管和超细玻璃纤维滤纸采集的芳香族硝基化合物,分别用丙酮和5%乙醇-正己烷解吸和洗脱,DB-17MS毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果 9种芳香族硝基化合物均在9.5min内出峰,分离良好,平均解吸或洗脱效率为93.6%~100.9%,检出限范围0.0015~2.5μg/ml,相对标准偏差0.5%~3.6%。结论 改进后的方法精密度和准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中芳香族硝基化合物的测定。

Abstract:Objective To improve the determination method of nitroaromatic compounds in workplace air by gas chromatography. WTHZ]Methods The target analytes were collected by silica gal sampling tubes or glass fiber filters, desorbed with acetone or eluted with 5% ethanol-n-hexane, separated by DB-17MS capillary column, detected by electron capture detector, and quantified by external standard method. WTHZ]Results The 9 nitroaromatic compounds were well separated within 9.5min.The average desorption or elution efficiencies were 93.6%-100.9%. The detection limits were 0.0015-2.5μg/ml. The relative standard deviations were 0.5%-3.6%. WTHZ]Conclusion The improved method is accurate, reliable and can be applied to the determination of nitroaromatic compounds in workplace air.
