摘    要:
目的 掌握包头市近年来流感流行动态;探讨环境因素变化对流感传播的影响;为流感流行趋势的预测及在易感人群、易感因素防控方面提供科学依据。方法 监测对象为上报至中国疾病控制信息系统的流感病例及包头市监测期间内每日环境因素指标。数据统计用 SPSS 20.0软件进行,率及构成比采用χ2检验。环境因素与流感发病情况分析采用相关分析。结果 (1)男女性别差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 3.564,P = 0.682)。年龄组上报例数差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 29.476,P<0.001);上报例数最多的分别是4岁~组、7岁~组和 0岁~组。(2)流感发病例数与温度变化呈负相关(r = - 0.776, P<0.01);大气中PM10浓度、PM2.5浓度与流感发病例数均呈正相关(r = 0.412, P<0.05;r = 0.624, P<0.01)。结论 (1)包头市流感性别分布差异无统计学意义,人群普遍易感;年龄分布以0~12岁人群高发。(2)温度对流感传播及人群易感性存在影响,低温环境流感病毒更容易存活并传播;(3)PM2.5和PM10的浓度对流感的发病存在影响,浓度越高影响越大。

Abstract:
The study aimed to grasp the epidemic situation of Baotou city in recent years, to explore the impact of environmental factors on influenza transmission and to provide scientific basis for the prediction of influenza pandemic trend and the prevention and control of susceptible people and susceptible factors. Methods The subjects of surveillance were influenza cases reported to the Chinese disease control information system and daily environmental factors indicators during the surveillance period in Baotou city. SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and chi-square test was used to test rate and composition ratio. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the environmental factors and the incidence of influenza. Results(1) The difference between male and female was not statistically significant(χ2=3.564, P =0.682).The difference was statistically significant in the number of cases reported between age groups(χ2=29.476, P<0.01).The highest number of reported cases were in the 4-year old group, the 7-year old group and the 0-year old group.(2) The number of influenza cases was negatively correlated with the temperature change(r=-0.776, P <0.01).The concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 in the atmosphere were positively correlated with the number of influenza cases(r=0.412, P<0.05; r=0.624, P<0.01).Conclusion(1) There is no statistically significant difference in the gender distribution of influenza in Baotou, and the population are generally susceptible. The age distribution is high in people aged 0-12 years.(2) Temperature has an impact on influenza transmission and human susceptibility, and influenza viruses are more likely to survive and spread in low-temperature environment. The concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 has an impact on the incidence of influenza. The higher the concentration, the greater the impact.
