| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合常规四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 选择2018年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的幽门螺旋杆菌感染消化性溃疡患者112例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各56例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状（反酸、上腹痛、饱胀、呕吐）评分、Hp根除率以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.64%，高于对照组的80.35%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组反酸、上腹痛、饱胀、呕吐症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组Hp根除率为92.85%，高于对照组的78.57%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为3.57%，低于对照组的16.07%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合常规四联疗法治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡疗效确切，可促进Hp根除，有助于减轻临床症状，降低临床症状评分，且临床不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with conventional quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection. Methods A total of 112 patients with peptic ulcer of Helicobacter pylori infection diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy, and the observation group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate, clinical symptom scores （acid reflux, abdominal pain, fullness, vomiting）, Hp eradication rate, and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.64%, which was higher than 80.35% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The scores of acid reflux, abdominal pain, fullness, and vomiting in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,there was statistical significance（P<0.05）; the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 92.85%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.57%, which was lower than The control group was 16.07%, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with conventional quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by Hp infection, which can promote the eradication of Hp, help to reduce clinical symptoms, lower the clinical symptom score, and has fewer clinical adverse reactions. |
