摘    要:
目的研究含二硫代羰基的双哌嗪双季铵盐的裂解方式.方法电喷雾离子阱多级质谱.结果 [M2 Cl-] 碎片呈现双峰,[M2 -CH 3] 离子丰度较低,同时发现[M2 Cl--Cl--PhCH2 ] 丰度最高且来源于[M2 Cl-] ,其碎片裂解机制由多级质谱证明.

Abstract:
AimTo analyze the fragmentation patterns of diquaternary dipiperaziniums containing dithiocarboxyl groups. MethodsPositive ion electrospray ioniz ation mass spectrometry in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS n ) was used. ResultsThe fragment ion [M 2 Cl -] showed characteristic double peaks with high intensity instead of the parent molecular ion being detected. And [M 2 -CH 3] ion had relatively low intens ity. Meanwhile, [M 2 Cl --Cl --PhCH 2] species had the highest i ntensity as the base peak, which was originated from [M 2 Cl -] . The detailed fragmentation mechanisms are supported with the tandem mass spectrometr y.
