摘    要:摘要:目的 设计可以连续定量检测小鼠行为的实验平台,研究不同群居环境对小鼠觅药及戒断行为的影响。方法 通过单片机和颜色传感器结合位置偏爱箱构建检测小鼠吸毒行为的实验平台,建立不同的群居环境;按照群居环境将小鼠分为吸毒同伴组和健康同伴组,比较不同居住环境小鼠吗啡的摄入量、靠近吸毒区次数、进入吸毒区次数,在吸毒区的停留时间这4个方面的数据。结果 吸毒期及戒断期,吸毒同伴小鼠吗啡的摄入量、靠近吸毒区次数、进入吸毒区次数、在吸毒区的停留时间均较健康同伴组多(P<0.05)。结论 成功设计连续定量检测小鼠行为数据的实验平台;群居环境对小鼠觅药及戒断行为有显著影响,与健康同伴小鼠居住明显减少吸毒小鼠的觅药行为并加速其戒断过程。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the effect of social environmental differences on druggy mice behavior such as drug-seeking and drug withdrawal by developing dynamic monitoring platform to detect the behavior of the marked mice. Methods We developed dynamic monitoring platform to detect the behavior of the marked mice using single chip microcomputer, color sensor and conditioned place preference. After making up different social environment based on the platform, the mice were randomly divided into the companion healthy group and companion drug group. Then the quantity of the morphine intake, the times of the marked mouse approached to the drug-taken area, the times of the marked mouse entered the drug-taken area and the length of the mouse stayed in the drug-taken area were detected. Results Compared with companion healthy group, the quantity of morphine intake indicates the times of the marked mouse approached to the drug-taken area, the times of the marked mouse entered the drug-taken area and the length of the mouse stayed in the drug-taken area in companion drug group were all significantly greater than those in companion healthy group both in drug addiction and withdrawal period (P<0.05). Conclusion We successfully developed the dynamic monitoring platform to detect the behavior data of the marked mice. Social environment have a significant impact in drug-seeking and drug withdrawal of mice. Living with companion healthy group could significantly reduce drug-seeking behavior and accelerate withdrawal process of mice.
