| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的 对江西省基本诊疗路径管理情况进行调查分析，为全面、更好地开展基本诊疗路径提供意见和建议。方法 分层抽样，随机抽取江西省11 个设区市的22个县（市、区）的44 家乡镇卫生院进行现场调查，结合各地区上报数据进行统计分析。结果 全省共纳入路径病例23821例，变异数1442例，完成路径率93.95%，达到“路径变异率控制在20%以内”的预期目标。基本诊疗路径的组织和实施情况良好，但存在病例纳入单一、路径实施不规范、缺乏激励机制和专业指导等问题。结论 需进一步完善基本诊疗路径，正确引导；制定路径范本，推进信息化建设；加强宣传，强化培训；给予财政支持，建立激励机制等。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the status of management of basic clinical pathway in Jiangxi Province, so as to provide suggestions for carrying out basic clinical pathway. Methods We investigated 44 township hospitals selected from 22 counties of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province by the method of stratified stage sampling, and conducted statistical analysis based on the data reported by corresponding districts. Results The province accepted 23821 cases of the pathway, among them there were 1442 cases of variation, and the completion rate of pathway was 93. 95%. Conclusion We need further improving the basic clinical pathway, inducting directly, setting pathway model, promoting the construction of information, strengthening the propaganda and training, giving financial support and establishing incentive measures. |
