| 摘 要： | 目的 了解社区护士慢性病管理服务能力现状及其相关影响因素，为提升社区护士慢性病管理服务能力提供依据。方法 以便利抽样法选取郑州市89家社区卫生服务机构符合纳入排除标准的480名社区护士，采用一般情况调查表及社区护士慢性病管理服务能力问卷进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归方法分析社区护士慢性病管理服务能力的相关影响因素。结果 社区护士慢性病管理服务能力总分为（155.55±26.04）分，工作单位、年龄、职称、护理工作年限、有无三级医院工作经历、月收入和接受慢性病相关培训次数的社区护士，其慢性病管理服务能力比较差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) 。工作单位（β = - 0.177，t = - 2.570）、有无三级医院工作经历（β = - 0.173，t = - 3.304）及接受慢性病相关培训次数（β = 0.105，t = 4.085）是社区护士慢性病管理服务能力的主要影响因素（R2 = 0.113，F = 8.589，P＜0.05）。结论 社区护士慢性病管理服务能力处于中等水平，应重视社区卫生服务站的建设工作，提高其护士的福利待遇，增加社区护士在三级医院进修的机会，并制定针对性的培训方案，加强慢性病管理培训，提高其慢性病管理服务能力。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to understand the status quo and related influencing factors of chronic disease management and service ability of community nurses, and to provide basis for improving chronic disease management and service ability of community nurses. Methods 480 community nurses from 89 community health service institutions in Zhengzhou city who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected by convenient sampling method. Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of chronic disease management service ability of community nurses. Results The total score of chronic disease management service ability of community nurses was 155.55 ±26.04. The difference of chronic disease management service ability of community nurses was statistically significant(P<0.05). Working unit(β=-0.177, t=-2.570), working experience in tertiary hospitals(β=-0.173, t=-3.304) and training times related to chronic diseases(β=0.105, t=4.085) were the main influencing factors of chronic disease management service ability of community nurses(R2=0.113, F=8.589, P<0.05). Conclusion Community nurses had chronic disease management service capacity at the medium level.Authorities should attach great importance to the construction of community health service stations, to improve the nurses’ benefits, increase the study chances of community nurses in tertiary hospital and formulate corresponding training plan,strengthen the education of the chronic disease management, and improve their ability of chronic disease management services. |
