| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾癌(RCC)术前肾动脉介入化疗栓塞联合手术治疗疗效。方法:将60例具有手术指征的肾癌患者随机分为术前介入化疗栓塞组和直接手术组,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术中及术后并发症等指标。结果:术前介入化疗栓塞能缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高手术的切除率。结论:肾癌术前介入化疗栓塞具有一定的临床基础,安全有效,副作用少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of preoperative interventional chemo-embolization in treating renal cell carcinoma.Methods:60 patients with renal cell carcinoma indications for surgery were randomly divided into two groups: preoperative chemotherapy embolization group and the direct operation group.To compared two groups of operation time,blood loss,intraoperative and postoperative complications,etc.Results: Preoperative chemotherapy embolization could reduce operative time,less blood loss,and increse surgical excision rate.Conclusion: Preoperative interventional chemo-embolization in treating of renal cell carcinoma has some clinical base with a good effect and a few side effect. |
