| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨保温护理措施对老年患者全麻苏醒期的影响。方法:老年全麻手术患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组常规护理,观察组加用保温毯、输入加温液体、DAR人工鼻气道加温湿化等综合性温度干预护理。分别监测患者麻醉前的体温,入麻醉后复苏室(post-anesthesia care unit,PACU)体温,在PACU的复温时间和停留时间及苏醒延迟、血压异常、寒战、躁动等并发症发生的情况。结果:两组术前和入PACU的体温均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复温时间、停留时间和并发症差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加强对老年患者全麻苏醒期的温度干预护理,可缩短患者在PACU停留时间,减少低体温引起的各种并发症。
