| 摘 要： | 目的:评价门诊患者全程管理接受癌痛治疗的安全性。方法:回顾性调查分析对比癌痛病房创建前后门诊癌痛患者经全程评估，指导治疗，随访等全程管理的安全性。结果:全程管理后爆发痛的次数减少，毒副作用减轻，患者心境平和。结论:门诊癌痛患者全程管理是重要的，可指导患者正确服药,学会处理爆发痛及阿片类药物毒副作用的预防及处理，提高了阿片类药物的安全使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the safety of whole-process management of cancer pain patients by opioid therapy in outpatients.Methods:Compare the safety of cancer pain before and after the establishment of standardized demonstration ward by retrospective survey,including guide treatment and follow-up in whole-process management.Results:During the whole-process management,most cancer pain patients who accept opioid therapy in outpatients are peace of mind,because number of outbreaks of pain and side effects decrease.Conclusion:Whole-process management of cancer pain patients by opioid therapy in outpatients is important.Guide patients to use drugs correctly.Learn to deal with outbreaks of pain.Prevent and treat the toxic and side effects of opioids.The safe use of opioids is improved. |
