| 摘 要： | 目的:研究血府逐瘀汤化裁联合双胍类降糖药治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:纳入120例糖尿病患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例采用双胍类降糖药治疗,观察组60例采用血府逐瘀汤联合双胍类降糖药治疗。将两组的中医症状积分、血糖水平、肾功能指标、临床疗效进行比对。结果:观察组糖尿病患者治疗后的口干舌燥积分(1.16±0.17)分、乏力气短(0.84±0.40)分、多饮多尿(1.22±0.35)分、大便秘结(0.90±0.48)分、腰膝酸软(1.00±0.35)分,均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=22.701、8.127、7.221、5.405、8.522,均P<0.001)。观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖(5.30±0.68)mmol/L、餐后2h血糖(6.24±0.85)mmol/L、Scr(100.42±11.16)mmol/L、BUN(5.01±2.29)mmol/L均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.631、27.210、14.978、6.152,均P<0.001)。观察组患者的临床总有效率96.67%(58/60)高于对照组83.33%(50/60),组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.926,P=0.015)。结论:对糖尿病患者采用双胍类降糖药联合血府逐瘀汤治疗有助于其临床症状、血糖水平以及肾功能的改善,临床疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with biguanide drug in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:The study included 120 diabetic patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.60 patients in the control group were treated with biguanide hypoglycemic drugs,and 60 patients in the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with biguanide hypoglycemic drugs.The TCM symptom score,blood glucose level,renal function index and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of dry mouth and dry tongue(1.16±0.17),asthenia and shortness of breath(0.84±0.40),polydipsia(1.22±0.35),defecation secret knot(0.90±0.48),lumbago and knee tenderness(1.00±0.35)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(t=22.701,8.127,7.221,5.405,8.522,all P<0.001).The fasting blood glucose(5.30±0.68)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(6.24±0.85)mmol/L,SCR(100.42±11.16)mmol/L and bun(5.01±2.29)mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=12.631,27.210,14.978,6.152,all P<0.001).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60)higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(50/ 60),the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion:Treatment of hypolycemic diabetic patients with biguanidine hypogycemic drugs combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is helpful to improve their clinical symptoms,blood glucose level and renal function,and the clinical effect is ideal. |
