| 摘 要： | 内分泌功能对机体正常生长发育具有重要调节作用,早产儿由于下丘脑-垂体轴发育不成熟及多种内分泌激素水平异常,常导致出现一系列近期及远期并发症,影响生长发育,部分患儿还可出现成年期代谢综合征。 |

| Abstract: | Endocrine function plays an important role in regulating normal growth and development of the body.Due to the immaturity of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis and abnormal levels of various endocrine hormones,premature infants often develop a series of recent and long-term complications that affect growth and development,and some of them may also develop metabolic syndrome in adulthood. |
