抗阻训练及营养干预对老年心血管病合并肌肉衰减综合征病人体适能和全身肌肉质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨抗阻训练及营养干预对老年心血管病合并肌肉衰减综合征病人体适能和全身肌肉质量的影响。方法选取心血管病合并肌肉衰减综合征老年人病人120例,按照系统抽样法随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组予以常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上联合予以抗阻训练以及营养干预。比较2组病人干预前后的心功能水平、功能体适能水平、全身肌肉质量以及生活质量。结果干预前,2组病人的心功能水平、功能体适能水平、全身肌肉质量及生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组病人的心功能水平、功能体适能水平、全身肌肉质量及生活质量评分均较干预前提高(P < 0.05);且观察组病人的心功能水平、功能体适能水平、全身肌肉质量以及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.01)。结论对心血管病合并肌肉衰减综合征老年人病人实施抗阻训练结合营养干预,能够显著改善病人心功能水平以及体适能水平,提高全身肌肉质量以及生活质量,干预效果良好,值得临床上广泛推广。

Effect of the resistance training and nutritional intervention on the physical fitness and body muscle mass in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with muscle decay syndrome

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of the resistance training and nutritional intervention on the physical fitness and muscle mass in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with muscle decay syndrome.MethodsOne hundred and twenty elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with muscle decay syndrome were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases) and observation group(60 cases) according to systematic sampling method.The routine nursing intervention in control group was given, and the resistance training and nutritional intervention in observation group were additionally given on the basis of routine nursing.The cardiac function, functional fitness, muscle quality and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention, there was no statistical significance in the cardiac function, functional physical fitness, systemic muscle mass and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the levels of cardiac function, functional physical fitness, systemic muscle mass and quality of life in two groups were higher than those before intervention(P < 0.05), and the levels of cardiac function, functional fitness, systemic muscle mass and quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe resistance training combined with nutritional intervention for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with muscle attenuation syndrome can significantly improve the levels of cardiac function and physical fitness, systemic body muscle quality and quality of life.The intervention effect is good, and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
