中药对小白鼠骨骼肌切伤后再生影响的组织学观察

摘    要:目的:探讨中药对骨骼肌切伤后再生的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠50只,制作骨骼肌纵行切伤模型,口服中药为实验组,未用中药为对照组。术后分别于第2、3、5、7、10天处死动物。组织切片,HE染色,观察骨骼肌再生的情况,以评价中药对损伤骨骼肌再生的影响。结果:实验组切口处肌卫星细胞激活;成肌细胞增殖、分化、融合以及肌管形成均快于对照组。结论:中药可以促进骨骼肌切伤后的再生。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect and use of Chinese Medicinal Herbs(CMH)on regeneration of incised wound in skeletal muscles Methods:Experimental trauma models of skeletal muscles with incised wound were made on 50 Kunming mice,half of them were given oral CMH as the experimental group,and the rest without CMH as control group.The mice were sacrificed successively at 2nd,3rd,5th,7th,10th day after operation.After tissue section,processing and HE staining,regeneration of skeletal muscles the effect of CMH on regeneration of skeletal muscles were observed.Results:Activation of satellite cell,proliferation,differentiation,amalgamation of myoblast and formation of myotube of experimental group was faster than that of the control group.Conclusion:The CMH could promote regeneration of skeletal muscles after incised wound.
