| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2008-2010年上海市黄浦区社区卫生服务中心门诊监测伤害病例分布特征,为制定本区伤害预防控制策略提供依据。 方法 收集分析2008-2010年上海市黄浦区所有社区卫生服务中心(6家)门诊伤害监测报告病例,采用上海市统一的报告卡填报。 结果 共收集有效病例7902例,女性病例多于男性,3年男女性别比分别为0.58、0.55、0.50。伤害发生原因构成居前3位依次为跌倒/坠落70.80%、非机动车交通事故17.55%以及物体、器具的机械性作用7.59%,伤害发生地点主要为家里(62.07%)以及街道和公路(22.72%),伤害发生时的主要活动为日常起居活动(25.31%)、消遣活动(23.11%)、家务(22.50%)、驾乘交通工具(19.55%),伤害病例以非故意伤害(99.73%)、轻微伤(99.01%)为主;伤害发生的高峰时间为07:00-10:00。 结论 2008-2010年上海市黄浦区伤害监测病例女性多于男性,主要伤害原因为跌倒/坠落、非机动车交通事故和物体、器具的机械性作用,以非故意伤害和轻微伤为主。
