| 摘 要： | 目的 监测三峡库区蓄水前后肠道传染病疫情。 方法 采用纵向流行病学研究方法对2000-2010年传染病疫情进行分析,对腹泻病、环境污水、食品、水、海产品,城镇、农村饮用水等进行以霍乱为重点的肠道传染病采样监测。 结果 监测年共发生乙类肠道传染病3种,年均发病率为19.50/10万,比2000年下降59.02%;丙类传染病2种,发病率为52.39/10万。检测各类样品2085份,检出福氏痢疾杆菌1株,阳性率为0.05%。监测全县各类水源水理化指标合格率为100.00%;细菌指标城镇自来水合格率为100.00%,乡镇及农村合格率为65.00%。 结论 三峡库区兴山县不会因库区蓄水而发生肠道传染病流行,应加强农村生活饮用水管理。
