| 摘 要： | 目的 了解浙江省宁波市60岁以上人群肺结核发病特征及流行规律。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对2010-2015年《结核病信息管理系统（新）》中登记的宁波市60岁以上肺结核病例资料进行分析。结果 2010-2015年间，宁波市60岁以上人群肺结核登记发病4 417例，占同期全人群登记病例数的17.1%；平均登记发病率为68.3/10万，6年间变化不大。登记病例数男女性比例为2.6:1，涂阳构成比为51.6%，复治构成比为13.5%，均高于全人群患者相应比例。时间分布以3-10月发病最多，占71.5%。结论 宁波市60岁以上人群肺结核疫情形势严峻，亟需制定有针对性的防控措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients aged 60 years in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. Methods A retrospective study was performed in pulmonary TB patients aged 60 years, who were registered in the tuberculosis management information system, from 2010 to 2015. Results A total of 4417 TB patients aged 60 years were reported in Ningbo during 2010-2015, accounting for 17.1% of the total. The annual incidence was stable with the average of 68.3/100 000. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.6:1, and smear-positive patients accounted for 51.6%and retreat patients accounted for 13.5% respectively, higher than those in overall population. The time distribution analysis showed that most cases occurred during March-October (71.5%). Conclusion The prevalence of TB in people aged 60 years is serious in Ningbo. It is necessary to take targeted prevention and control measures. |
