重庆市中学生心理亚健康状态与社会支持的相关性研究

摘    要:摘要:目的 探讨重庆市中学生的心理亚健康状态以及社会支持对心理亚健康的影响,为中学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取重庆市3个区县6所中学的2084名学生进行青少年心理亚健康评定问卷和社会支持评定量表调查。结果 重庆市女中学生心理亚健康状态检出率(18.0%)高于男生(14.4%)(P=0.029),高中生心理亚健康检出率(18.9%)高于初中生(13.1%)(P<0.01),经济中等地区学生检出率(19.6%)高于经济较好地区学生(14.5%),并且经济较好地区学生心理亚健康检出率高于经济较差地区学生(13.5%)(P=0.002)。在社会支持方面,女生3个维度及总得分均高于男生,初中生3个维度及总得分均高于高中生;在社会支持总分方面,经济较好地区学生得分[(40.45±5.73)分]高于经济较差地区学生[(39.63±5.54)分](P=0.040);在客观支持方面,经济较好地区学生得分[(14.32±2.26)分]和经济中等地区学生得分[(14.37±2.63)分]均高于经差区学生得分[(13.87±2.53)分];在对支持的利用度方面,经济较好地区学生得分[(7.80±1.91)分]高于经济中等地区学生得分[(7.44±1.99)分]和经差区学生得分[(7.26±1.80)分]。社会主观支持和对支持的利用度对中学生心理亚健康状态有积极的促进作用。结论 重庆市中学生的心理亚健康检出率较高。社会支持对重庆市中学生心理亚健康有重要影响。

Correlation between psychological sub-health and social support among middle school students of Chongqing

Abstract:Abstract: Objective This work was to explore the correlation between psychological sub-health and social support among middle school students, and to provide evidence for their psychological health education. Methods Stratified and cluster sampling was used to select 2084 students from six schools of three districts for the survey with Multidimensional Psychological Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results The detection rate of psychological subhealth among girls (18.0%) were higher than that of boys (14.4%) (P=0.029), and the rate among high school students (18.9%) were higher than that of middle school students (13.1%) (P<0.01). The sub-health detection rate were the highest (19.6%) among middle income economic area. In terms of social support, girls and middle school students gain much more score in all aspects (P<0.05). The total social support score of high income economic area (40.45±5.73) was higher than that of the low income economic area (39.63±5.54) (P<0.05). The score of objective supports in high income economic area (14.32±2.26) and middle income economic area (14.37±2.63) was both higher than that of the low income economnic area (13.87±2.53) (P<0.01). In the respect of support utilization, the score of high income area (7.80±1.91) was higher than that of areas with middle income (7.44±1.99) and low income (7.26±1.80) (P<0.05). The state of psychological sub-health in teenagers was apparently associated with support utilization and subjective support, but not correlated with objective support. The support from family, friends, classmates and neighborhood can improve psychological health of teenager. Conclusion Social support has important effect on the psychological sub-health of teenager. We should put a high value on the establishment and utilization of social network in health education.
