摘    要:目的 了解贵州省动物性食品中沙门菌的耐药和分子型别特征及二者相关性,为我省食源性沙门菌感染及防控提供科学依据。方法 对贵州省9个市(州)2017—2021年市售动物性食品中分离的146株沙门菌进行血清学分型,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定菌株对15种抗生素的耐药性,脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, PFGE)和多位点序列分型(multi-locus sequence typing, MLST)对菌株进行分子分型。结果 146株沙门菌分出27种血清型,以鼠伤寒(31/146,21.2%)、德尔卑(26/146,17.8%)、肠炎沙门菌(16/146,11.0%)为优势血清型。146株菌耐药率为79.5%(116/146),多重耐药率达60.3%(88/146),共有72种耐药谱。对氨苄西林、四环素耐药率分别达61%、64.4%。129株菌经PFGE共分出52个聚类76种带型,相似度在53.5%~100%,146株菌经MLST共检出29种ST型,以ST40(26/146,17.8%)、ST34(17/146,11.6%)、ST11(16/146、1...

Abstract:Objective To understand the drug resistance and molecular type characteristics of Salmonella in animal food in Guizhou Province and the correlation between them, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of food-borne Salmonella infection in our province. Methods 146 strains of Salmonella isolated from animal foods in 9 cities of Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2021 were serotyped, and the resistance to 15 antibiotics was determined by the micro-broth dilution method. PFGE and MLST were used to molecularly type the strains. Results There were 27 serotypes of 146 Salmonella strains, among which Salmonella Typhimurium (31/146, 21.2%), Salmonella Derby (26/146, 17.8%) and Salmonella Enteritidis (16/146, 11.0%) were the dominant serotypes. The drug resistance rate was 79.5% (116/146), and the multidrug resistance rate was 60.3% (88/146). There were 72 drug resistance profiles. The resistance rates to ampicillin and tetracycline were 61% and 64.4%. 52 clusters and 76 band types were identified by PFGE, with a similarity of 53.5%-100%. A total of 29 ST types were detected in 146 strains by MLST, mainly ST40 (26/146, 17.8%), ST34 (17/146, 11.6%), and ST11 (16/146, 10.9%). ST11 was moderately correlated with polymyxin E resistance (|r|=0.685>0.4), and weakly correlated with nalidixic acid (|r|=0.366<0.4). ST155 was weakly correlated with gentamicin resistance (|r|=0.355<0.4) and azithromycin resistance (|r|=0.339<0.4). Conclusion The drug resistance rate of Salmonella in animal food in our province is high, and the strains are mainly multi-drug resistant. PFGE and ST type shows diversity, and no correlation between PFGE type and drug resistance has been found so far. Some ST types are correlated with drug resistance.
