摘    要:目的 探讨初中生受传统欺凌和受网络欺凌经历与抑郁的关系,以及注意控制在欺凌经历与抑郁之间的作用。方法 采用便利抽样方法选取郑州市某初中1 712名学生参与问卷调查,采用Olweus受欺负问卷(OBVQ)、网络欺凌问卷(CBCVE)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)和注意控制量表(ACS)。结果 初中生遭受传统欺凌检出率为25.6%,遭受网络欺凌检出率为10.6%,抑郁症状检出率为37.4%,遭受传统欺凌、网络欺凌均与抑郁症状呈显著正相关(r=0.33,P<0.01;r=0.34,P<0.01);遭受传统欺凌及网络欺凌均显著负向预测初中生的注意集中(β=-0.12,P<0.001;β=-0.11,P<0.001);网络欺凌与注意集中在遭遇传统欺凌和抑郁的关系中起部分中介作用(中介效应值0.24,95%CI 0.17~0.31),中介效应占总效应的41.38%。结论 遭受传统欺凌不仅直接影响初中生的抑郁,而且与网络欺凌共同削弱了初中生的注意集中能力,进而间接加重抑郁症状。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between school victimization, cyber-victimization, depression and attentional control among junior high school students. Methods Olweus bully/victim questionnaire(OBVQ), Cyber-Bullying and Cyber-Victimization Experience(CBCVE), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), and Attentional Control Scale(ACS)were administered to 1 712 adolescents attending junior high school in Zhengzhou. Results The prevalence of experiencing school victimization, cyber-victimization and depressive symptoms in junior high school students was 25.6%, 10.6% and 37.4%. School victimization was significantly associated with depression(r=0.33, P<0.01; r=0.34, P<0.01). Experiencing school victimization and cyber-victimization significantly negatively predicted attentional focusing(β=-0.12, P<0.001; β=-0.11, P<0.001). Cyber-victimization and attentional focusing partially mediated the relationship between experiencing school victimization and depression(mediation effect size 0.24, 95%CI: 0.17-0.31), and the mediation effect accounted for 41.38% of the total effect. Conclusion Experiencing school victimization not only significantly predicts depression severity among junior high school students directly, but also decreases their attentional focusing together with cyber-victimization and thus aggravates depressive symptoms indirectly.
