| 摘 要： | 目的 降低急性中毒患者血液净化过程中仪器报警发生率，提高治疗效率。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动。通过现况查检、原因解析、对策拟定，从增设体位按摩装置、实施精细化约束评估、增设管路防滑缚带3方面进行改进。结果 急性中毒患者血液净化过程中仪器报警发生率从31.0%降低至11.8%,血液净化过程中的仪器报警现象得到了显著改善。结论 开展品管圈活动可降低急性中毒患者血液净化过程中仪器报警发生率，值得推广。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of instrument alarm during blood purification in acute poisoning patients and improve the efficiency of treatment.MethodsProblem solving quality control circle activities were carried out. Through current situation inspection, cause analysis and countermeasure formulation, the improvement was made from three aspects: adding position massage device, implementing fine constraint evaluation and adding pipe protective binding belt.ResultsThe incidence of instrument alarm decreased from 31.0% to 11.8% in the process of blood purification in patients with acute poisoning. The phenomenon of instrument alarm was significantly improved.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of instrument alarm during blood purification of acute poisoning patients, which is worth promoting. |
