摘    要:目的 调查乡村医生工作满意度及影响因素,并提出改善措施。方法 于2020年6月,使用自行设计调查问卷,对潍坊市7个县市区737名乡村医生进行调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析,采用χ2检验和Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验及Logistic回归分析法分析乡村医生工作满意度影响因素。结果 737名乡村医生工作满意度为16.55%。在保健因素方面,生存现状满意度、养老保障满意度是主要影响因素(P<0.05);在激励因素方面,近3年培训次数、是否愿意长期从事乡村医生工作是主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 潍坊市乡村医生工作满意度较低。建议从改善生存现状、提升养老保障水平、关注培训需求、增强职业获得感等方面综合提高乡村医生工作满意度。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the job satisfaction of rural doctors and its influencing factors, and provide reference for improving measures.MethodsIn June 2020, a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey among 737 rural doctors in 7 counties and urban areas of Weifang City. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. χ2 test, Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of rural doctors' job satisfaction. ResultsThe job satisfaction rate of 737 rural doctors was 16.55%. In terms of health factors, the satisfaction of living situation and pension security were the main influencing factors (P<0.05). In terms of motivation factors, the frequency of training in recent three years and willingness to work as rural doctors for a long time were the main influencing factors (P<0.05). Conclusion Rural doctors in Weifang City have low job satisfaction. It is suggested to comprehensively improve the job satisfaction of rural doctors from the aspects of improving the living situation, enhancing the level of pension security, paying attention to the training needs, and enhancing the sense of career gain.
