| 摘 要： | 目的 研究宫颈鳞癌组织中P53凋亡刺激蛋白(apoptosis stimulating P53 protein,ASPP)家族的表达模式以及预后分析。方法 应用免疫组织化学(SP)方法检测72例宫颈鳞癌和正常组织中ASPP蛋白家族的表达,采用Kaplan-Meier和log-rank方法分析5年生存期与ASPP家族的相关性。结果 在正常组织中ASPP1和ASPP2的表达阳性率明显高于癌组织(χ2=25.533,33.029,P=0.000),而宫颈癌组织中iASPP的表达阳性率高于正常组织(χ2=36.575,P=0.000)。宫颈鳞癌中ASPP2的低表达和iASPP的高表达均与患者的年龄明显相关(χ2=5.426,P=0.020; χ2=13.117,P=0.001); ASPP1的表达与宫颈癌病理分级有关(χ2=8.814,P=0.023),而iASPP的表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移均有关(χ2=14.859,P=0.001; χ2=15.376,P=0.000),iASPP的表达与患者5年生存期有关(χ2=34.888,P=0.000)。结论 ASPP蛋白家族可能参与宫颈鳞癌癌变机制过程中,iASPP可能是基因治疗宫颈鳞癌的一个分子靶点。

| Abstract: | Objectives To elucidate the expression patternof ASPP family members and their clinical implications in cervical squamous cellcarcinoma(CSCC).Methods The expression pattern of ASPPfamily members was examined in 72 formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded CSCC and adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemistry(IHC)method.The estimationof over-all survival by ASPP1,ASPP2 and iASPP was calculated with the Kaplan-Meier method and analyzed with the log-rank test.Results The expression rates of ASPP1 and ASPP2 in CSCC were significantly lower thanthose in normal tissues respectively(χ2=25.533,33.029,P=0.000),butthat of iASPP was statistically higher in contrast to normal tissues respectively(χ2=36.575,P=0.000).The expression of ASPP1 in CSCC correlated with pathological grade(χ2=8.814,P=0.023).The expression of iASPP in CSCCs had association with invasion and lymph node metastasis respectively(χ2=14.859,P=0.001; χ2=15.376,P=0.000).iASPP in CSCC had association with survival during the 5-year follow-up(P<0.05).ConculsionIt would be a novel finding that the expression pattern of ASPP members presents the respective implications for pathology and clinic in CSCC,moreover iASPP might be a candidate target for CSCC therapy. |
