摘    要:目的 探究sCD93在免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者中的表达水平及其与TNF-α等细胞因子的相关性,分析其临床意义。方法 收集2012年5月~2015年8月在上海长海医院血液科确诊的34例ITP患者和同期体检的34例健康个体外周血,分别作为实验组和对照组,以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆中sCD93,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-17和IFN-γ的蛋白表达水平,对sCD93与TNF-α等细胞因子进行Pearson相关性分析。结果 实验组与对照组sCD93为(367.28±206.98 vs 218.43±96.14)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.803,P=0.000 3); sCD93与TNF-α,IL-17呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义(r=0.448,0.473,P均<0.01)。结论 sCD93可能参与了ITP疾病免疫机制,是该病潜在的疾病预测指标和研究靶点。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the expression level of sCD93 in patients with Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)and its correlation withcytokines such as TNF-α,and analyze its clinical significance.Methods Peripheral blood of 34 patients diagnosed as ITP in hematologydepartment and 34 health controls at the same time was collected from Changhai Hospital,in Shanghai during May,2012 to August,2015 and classified as experimental and controlled groups respectively.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to test protein level of sCD93,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γin plasma,Pearson correlation analysis was to measure the relation between sCD93 and cytokines such as TNF-α.Results sCD93 in experimental and controlled columns was(367.28±206.98 vs 218.43±96.14 ng/ml,t=3.803,P=0.000 3)with statistical difference; sCD93 was positively related with TNF-α,IL-17(r=0.448, 0.473,P<0.01)and there were differences in statistics.Conclusion sCD93 might involve in immunemechanism of ITP,it was a potential predictor and studied target for this disease.
