| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨NPR-A在胃腺癌中的表达及与胃癌患者临床病理资料的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP方法检测NPR-A在40例胃腺癌组织中的表达，并分析其表达与临床病理资料的相关性。结果:NPR-A在胃癌中主要表达在细胞浆和细胞膜，偶见细胞核着色。在40例胃癌组织中，共有25例组织高表达，阳性率为62.5%，明显高于癌旁组织。NPR-A的表达与胃癌分级、分期及淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05），而与其他临床病理指标之间未见明显相关（P>0.05）。结论:NPR-A在胃腺癌组织中高表达，其表达量与胃癌分级、分期及淋巴结转移相关，提示NPR-A的表达可能参与到胃癌的发展、转移过程中，有望为胃癌的诊断与治疗提供新的途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of NPR-A in gastric adenocarcinoma，and assess their correlations with clinicopathological features in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods:The expression of NPR-A in 40 samples of gastric adenocarcinoma were measured by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of NPR-A and clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results:NPR-A is maily expressed in cytoplasm and membrane，very few in nucleus.The positive rate of NPR-A was 62.5% in gastric adenocarcinoma.There was a significant relationship between expression status of NPR-A and differention，staging or metastasis of lymph nodes（P<0.05).There was no correlation between expression status of NPR-A and sex，smoking or alcohol consumption（P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of NPR-A in gastric adenocarcinoma is unclear，our studyed show that there was a significant relationship between expression status of NPR-A and differention，staging or metastasis of lymph nodes，which indicate its expression takes part in the metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma as an oncogene.More research in the mechanism of NPR-A in gastric adenocarcinoma may improve the rate of early diagnosis of gastric cancer，and provide new target for gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. |
