应用反转式高速涡轮机拔除下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙的护理初探

摘    要:目的探讨反转式高速涡轮机拔除下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙的护理方法和效果。方法选取2010年6-12月在四川大学华西口腔医院名老专家科接受拔除下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用传统去骨或劈开法拔牙,试验组采用反转式高速涡轮机拔牙,提供相应的护理措施。通过术后复诊伤口观察,评价其术后反应及伤口愈合状况。结果对试验组和对照组患者术后伤口出血、肿胀、干槽症等情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用反转式高速涡轮机拔除下颌前倾阻生第三磨牙的效果较为理想,其相应的护理技术值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the nursing methods and its effect in mandibular mesioangular impacted third molar extraction with reversal high-speed air turbine.Methods 60 patients with mandibular mesioangular impacted third molar were selected in this study,who were treated in Department of Senior Dentists,West China School of Stomato-logy,Sichuan University,between June to December 2010.They were randomly and equally divided into control group and experimental group(n=30).The former was treated with tradition chisel splint method while the latter was treated with reversal high-speed air turbine extraction and provided appropriate nursing interventions.Postoperative reactions and wound healing status were evaluated through consultation.Results There were significant differences between control group and experimental group in terms of postoperative bleeding wound,swelling,dry socket and so on(P< 0.05).Conclusion Mandibular mesioangular impacted third molar extraction with reversal high-speed air turbine is effective,and the corresponding nursing measure is worthy further promotion.
