| 摘 要： | 目的 分析麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺炎性病灶的临床疗效。方法 选择2016年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的乳腺炎性病灶患者74例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组采用切开引流术治疗，观察组采用麦默通微创旋切术治疗，比较两组临床治愈率、手术指标（术后VAS评分、切口长度、切口治愈时间、手术时间、术中出血量）、复发率及并发症发生率。结果 观察组临床治愈率（97.30%）与对照组（94.59%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组术后VAS评分、切口长度、切口治愈时间、手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组复发率、并发症发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺炎性病灶疗效确切，且术后疼痛轻，创伤小，复发率低，并发症少，安全可行，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotary resection of Maimotong in treating mastitis lesions. Methods A total of 74 patients with mastitis lesions diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open drainage and the observation group was treated with Maimotong minimally invasive rotary resection. The clinical cure rate, surgical indicators (postoperative VAS score, incision length, incision healing time, surgical time, intraoperative blood loss), recurrence rate, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical cure rate (97.30%) between the observation group and the control group (94.59%) (P>0.05); the observation group had VAS score, incision length, incision healing time, operation time, and intraoperative bleeding Both were lower than the control group(P<0.05); the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive rotary resection of Maimotong is effective in treating mastitis lesions, and the postoperative pain is light, the trauma is small, the recurrence rate is low, the complications are small, and it is safe and feasible. It is worthy of clinical application. |
