染色体乘客复合体在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘    要:染色体乘客复合体(CPC)是近年来研究发现的一组十分重要的调控细胞分裂的高度保守复合物之一。CPC主要由酶蛋白Aurora B激酶、着丝粒中心蛋白INCENP、Survivin 和Borealin/Dasra B等蛋白分子组成,经研究发现是一种与肿瘤发生发展联系密切的调控因子。本文综述了染色体乘客复合体相关的研究进展,阐述了Aurora B、INCENP、Survivin 和Borealin/Dasra B蛋白分别在不同肿瘤中的表达情况和作用机制,为肿瘤寻找新的治疗方法提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The Chromosome Passenger Complex (CPC) is one of the most important highly conserved complexes that regulate cell division in recent years. CPC is mainly composed of protein molecules such as Aurora B kinase, centromeric central protein INCENP, Survivin and Borealin/Dasra B. It has been found to be a regulatory factor closely related to tumorigenesis. This review summarizes the research progress of chromosome passenger complexes, and describes the expression and mechanism of Aurora B, INCENP, Survivin and Borealin/Dasra B proteins in different tumors, providing a theoretical basis for tumors to find new treatment methods.
