| 摘 要： | 患者,男,21岁.左侧鼻唇沟肉芽肿10个月,术后再发1周.皮肤科情况:左侧鼻唇沟见一约0.3 cm×0.4 cm红色肉芽肿,表面破溃湿润,质地柔软.牙齿X线片:左上侧切牙根尖周低密度影.彩超:皮下见条带状低回声区,往深处延伸,达牙根部该低回声带边界尚清,并可见骨损害.诊断:牙源性皮瘘. |

| Abstract: | A 21-year-old male presented with granuloma in the left nasolabial groove for 10 months, reappeared for 1 week after surgery. Physical examination showed a 0.3 cm×0.4 cm soft red granuloma in the left nasolabial groove with ulceration on the surface.Tooth X-ray: low density shadow around the apex of the left upper lateral incisor root. Color Doppler ultrasound: a strip of hypoechoic area extended to the root boundary of the tooth and bone damage was visibled. The diagnosis of odontogenic cutaneous fistula was made. |
