| 摘 要： | 对2015-2019年我院11602例性病门诊送检的梅毒标本检测结果及患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果示2015-2019年每年TPPA阳性率均明显高于RPR阳性率,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);女性与男性梅毒阳性率差异无统计学意义.农村、县城、市区梅毒阳性率依次升高,且差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05).梅毒... |

| Abstract: | The data and specimens of 11,602 cases with venereal diseases in our hospital from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The result showed the annual positivity rate of TPPA in these patients was significantly higher than that of RPR, with significant differences (Ps<0.05). There was no significant difference of the positivity rate of syphilis in female and male (P＞0.05). The positivity rate of syphilis increased in the order of rural areas, counties urban areas(Ps<0.05). The peak age of syphilis was from 20 to 50 years in these patients. The occupations with the highest incidence of syphilis was the migrant workers, followed by salesman and truck driver. |
