| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法: 将80例高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例;对照组给予常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上实施CNP;比较2组住院时间、住院费用及患者的满意度。结果: 实施CNP后,住院时间缩短,住院费用下降,护理工作满意度提高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论: CNP能有效改善高血压患者的不良状况,提高治疗效果,减轻经济负担,使患者获得最佳的护理服务。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway（CNP） on patients with hypertension.Methods：Eighty patients with hypertension were divided into trial group and control group randomly.Forty patients in the control group received traditional nursing,while 40 patients in the trial group accepted CNP.The length of hospital stay,the cost of medicine and the degree of patients′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The length of hospital stay,the cost of medicine and the degree of patients′ satisfaction had significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.For the patients of trial group,the length of hospital stay shortened,the cost of medicine decreased,but the degree of patients′ satisfaction increased.Conclusions：CNP can improve the therapeutic effect,and give better nursing care for patients with hypertension. |
