摘    要:品管圈是提升医院服务品质的重要抓手。阐述了品管圈在医院质量建设中的作用,指出要从“点”入手强化品管圈认知,从“面”展开促进品管圈落实,从“体”聚焦形成品管圈机制。并从认知形态、品管生态、工作常态3个方面对以品管圈促进医院质量建设的策略展开了思考,为品管圈推广应用提供了一定借鉴

Practice and Thinking on Promoting Quality Construction of Hospital by Quality Control Circle

Abstract:Quality Control Circle is an important way to improve hospital service quality.This paper described the role of Quality Control Circle in the quality construction of hospital.It pointed out that it was necessary to start from the"point"to strengthen the cognitive basis of the Quality Control Circle,to promote the implementation of Quality Control Circle from the"surface",and to focus on the mechanism of the Quality Control Circle from the"body".Finally,the strategy of promoting quality construction of hospital by Quality Control Circle was analyzed from three aspects:cognitive form,circle group ecology and work normality,which provided reference for the promotion and application of Quality Control Circle in hospital.
