| 摘 要： | 《伤寒论》六经辨治之法,与脾胃病息息相关,脾胃为气血化生之源,脾为五脏之本,行气于三阴; 胃为六腑之本,行气于三阳; 人体的营卫、体内阴阳,均靠脾胃后天的生化来补充。在气机生化理论中,少阳为三阳之枢,少阴为三阴之枢,故经络病变可导致脏腑功能失调,影响五脏六腑生理功能,导致胃脘痛的发生。本文从六经理论出发,可得出胃脘痛六经辨证规律,胃脘痛病在太阳,可从水饮内停证、上热下寒证、痰热互结证、寒热错杂证论治; 病在阳明,可从阳明热盛证、阳明腑实证论治; 病在少阳,可从胆热犯胃证、阳明里实证、胃气不和证论治; 病在太阴,可从邪陷太阴,中焦气机不和证论治; 病在少阴,可从胃热壅滞证、肝胃气滞证论治; 病在厥阴,可从寒热错杂证、血虚寒厥证论治,临床上应注意分经论治,因人而异,辨证论治,从而达到治疗胃脘痛的目的。

| Abstract: | The six classics of differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases are closely related to spleen and stomach diseases.The spleen and stomach is the source of qi and blood,the spleen is the origin of the five zang organs,and qi is in the three yin.The stomach of the six fu organs,gas in sanyang.The ying wei of the human body,yin and yang of the body,depend on the acquired biochemical supplement of the spleen and stomach.In qi biochemical theory,shaoyang is the pivot of the three yang and shaoyin is the pivot of the three yin,so meridian lesions can lead to dysfunction of zang-fu organs,affect the physiological functions of the five zang-fu organs,and lead to the occurrence of epigastric pain.Based on the six channels theory,this paper concludes the six channels differentiation and treatment of epigastric pain.Epigastric pain in the sun can be treated from the syndrome of stopping in water and drinking,the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold,the syndrome of phlegm-heat interaction,and the syndrome of cold and heat mixed; disease in yangming,can be from yangming heat sheng syndrome,yangming fu empirical treatment; disease in shaoyang,can be from the gallbladder heat made stomach syndrome,yangming,stomach qi and syndrome treatment; disease in taiyin,can be trapped from evil taiyin,in the coke machine and syndrome treatment.The disease in shaoyin,can be treated from stomach heat stasis syndrome,liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome.The disease in jueyin can be treated from the syndrome of cold and heat,blood deficiency and cold jue.In clinical practice,attention should be paid to the treatment of epigastric pain by different channels and syndrome differentiation. |
