| 摘要:目的 探讨综合护理干预对狼疮性肾炎儿童自我效能感的影响效果并作分析。方法 将就诊于2015年3月～2017年3月期间的100例狼疮性肾炎儿童患者纳入研究。根据患者的就诊时间分为对照组（单月就诊，n=50）与研究组（双月就诊，n=50）。对照组行常规护理，研究组行综合护理干预措施。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前两组的自我效能感评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，研究组自我效能感评分、自我管理效果及护理满意度高于对照组，而并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对狼疮性肾炎儿童施行综合护理干预可以明显改善儿童自我效能感，提高自我管理效果及护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，有重要意义。 |
| Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the self-efficacy of children with lupus nephritis.Methods 100 children with lupus nephritis from March 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in the study.Patients were divided into control group(single-month treatment,n=50)and study group(bi-month treatment,n=50)according to the patient's visiting time.The control group was treated with routine care,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect between two groups was comparatively analyzed.Results There was no difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-efficacy,self-management effect and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with lupus nephritis can significantly improve children's selfefficacy,improve self-management effect and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,which is of great significance. |
