Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of kaempferide in Fuyang Tablets.Methods:Diamonsil C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(58∶42)as the mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 367 nm.Results: The calibration curves were linear between(0.041～0.41)μg,The average recovery and the relative standard deviations were 99.1% and1.1%.Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and could be used for determination of kaempferide in the preparation.
