[摘要]
目的 研究雷公藤属植物昆明山海棠的免疫抑制活性成分。方法 运用各种硅胶柱色谱、凝胶渗透色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等手段对昆明山海棠氯仿提取物进行分离纯化,以各种有机波谱法鉴定化学单体结构,并通过体外淋巴细胞转化实验进行化学成分的免疫抑制活性研究。结果 从中分离鉴定出6个二萜类化合物,分别为雷酚萜酸(triptobenzene H,Ⅰ)、雷藤二萜醌A(triptoquinone A,Ⅱ)、雷藤二萜醌B(triptoquinone B,Ⅲ)、雷藤二萜醌H(triptoquinone H,Ⅳ)、雷酚萜醇(triptonediol,Ⅴ)、雷酚萜(triptonoterpene,Ⅵ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均具有较强的免疫抑制活性。

Objective??To study thediterpenoids possessed immunosuppressive activity fromTriptery-?gium hypoglaucum.Methods??The chemical constituents were isolated from theCHCIsextracts ofT·hypoglaucum by repeated column chromatography, includingsilicagel, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative?HPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis ofspectroscopicstudies.The immunosuppressiveactivityof thesecompoundswas testedusingthelymphocytetransformation test.Results??Compounds?I--?V1 were identified astriptobenzene H(I), triptoquinone A(Ⅱ), triptoquinone B(Ⅲ), triptoquinoneH?(IV), triptonediol (V), triptonoterpene(-f1).?Conclusion???Compound?I-Ⅲ?are isolated from?this?medicinal plant for the first time and all the compounds show thesignificant immunosuppressive activity·?
